Wow. We won Immunity. I thought for sure we were doomed, but I'm glad that we won. I don't know what the frack would have happened for tribal council, and I kind of don't want to. Probably Nick would've been out first, which is fine. He doesn't like me much.
I'm still weighing my options, though.

Well, this was fun. Thank goodness I wound up being singlehandedly responsible for my tribe's submission. There's nothing I like more than being the one with all the weight on their shoulders right off the bat.
Not gonna lie, it probably wasn't the smartest idea to step up and announce that I'm a genius this early in. That probably makes me sound paranoid, but I've seen a lot of good people get voted off for reasons that were even more whacked than "Oh no! Monica knows what a gavial is and I don't, so she must be way smarter than me!"
It's not my fault I studied zoology as a kid...

The really sad part is that I was actually going to guess giraffe for the one that actually WAS a giraffe, on the off chance that that one was a fake, but then I was like, "Crap. If I don't guess giraffe for that, and it IS a giraffe, the whole team are going to be like, "Well, way to f' up on that one, Monica.""
So, yeah. Not cool.
ETA: Also... umm... what's with Kelly praising the "teamwork" here? Judd and Aaron didn't do jack all, Sean got the frog, Sugar agreed with something we already figured out, and Kelly's contribution was to arbitrarily decide that number two was a tiger.
I'm not trying to blow my own horn or anything, but this wasn't an Ipatovo team thing. It was a Team Monica thing.
That's right. I am my own team. You can apply to join Team Monica if you want, but I warn you, membership is pretty exclusive. It helps if you're named Monica, but even that isn't always a guarantee.
